The case and bracelet is made from 316L stainless steel, which is the same steel as that used in medical implants, being a superior steel it offers excellent resistance to corrosion. The case-back is see-through to view the movement and the bracelet has a butterfly clasp. The bracelet is galvanic gold plated to 10 microns making it two tone. The white index dial has a date window. The glass is a sapphire crystal, which is hand polished giving it special clarity making it nearly invisible. Sapphire glasses are eight times harder than ordinary mineral glasses making it much more scratch resistant. The Swiss made ETA 2671 mechanical 25-jewel movement has a 38-hour power reserve. The watch is water resistant to 30m. The diameter of the watch head is 17.20mm.
